CRH5G (Technology Enhancement) EMU Train was born in December 2016, belongs to the CRH5-NG series, 5M3T in marshalling, the hole length is 211.5 m, has a maximum design speed of 250 km/h, and 290 km/h in the experiment

技术提升型

CRH5G型技术提升动车组是专门针对兰新线特点,以更好适应高寒、高温、高湿、高原和强风沙强紫外线运用条件而研制生产的全天候动车组,设计运行时速250 km/h。与既有型号的CRH5G动车组不同的是,该型号动车在原有的技术平台基础上,对车体结构、车内空间、内装效果以及服务设施等方面进行了优化提升,从而使旅客得到更好的乘车体验。

发展历程

2016年10月28日,CRH5G型技术提升型动车组项目通过铁路总公司设计方案评审。

2016年12月,首列CRH5G型技术提升动车组样车完成组装调试。

2017年06月,CRH5G-5218到北京环铁进行测试。

2017年07月06日,首列CRH5G型技术提升型动车组抵达西安动车段。

2017年07月09日,CRH5G型技术提升型动车组在宝兰高铁正式投入运营。

2017年10月01日起,三组CRH5G技术提升型动车组配属沈阳铁路局,担当沈丹高铁等线路的车次。

技术特征

CRH5G型技术提升动车组搭载了中国第一款具有完全自主知识产权的列车网络控制系统和具有完全自主知识产权的列车牵引系统,整车9项关键技术及10项配套技术的自主化率、国产化率达到90%以上,是具有完全自主知识产权的耐高寒抗防风沙动车组。

CRH5G型技术提升动车组可在零下40℃高寒条件下正常运营,具有抗风、沙、雨、雪、雾、紫外线等恶劣天气的能力。

与既有的5G动车相比,CRH5G型提升动车组单个垃圾箱容量加大至40L,并且通过优化,解决了垃圾箱与电气柜共用空间的问题,垃圾投递口的高度也抬高了10厘米,使旅客使用更为方便。

动车组还在车厢预留了WiFi功能接口,未来条件允许时,旅客乘车时将可以通过WiFi上网。

CRH5G型提升动车组各个部件具有的自我保护功能之外,全车还设有2000多个传感器,对动车组的主要系统或零部件的工作状态进行实时监控,实现自监测、自诊断、自决策,保证动车组安全可靠运营。
