动力车与拖车也改用半永久牵引杆连接,列车网络升级为MVB与以太网双网冗余,同时对标CR400智能动车组,列车智能化程度进一步提升,在运用维护方面更便捷,对列车对网络、转向架、车载安全监测等系统进行了智能化升级,具备智能故障诊断及智能运维功能,无需人工检修,自动记录故障类型、位置与出现时间及图片、视频,结合传感器数据及图像数据,通过AI主动判断故障位置、类型并给出合理对策,同时还进一步优化车地协同,使列车在安全性和舒适性上都有进一步的提升。进一步优化制动系统,(部分列车)制动系统改为计算机控制,能够根据实际情况自动计算制动力。
