CRH1B (Type I) EMU Train was born in March 2009, belongs to the CRH1 series, 10M6T in marshalling, the hole length is 426.3 m, has a maximum design speed of 250 km/h, and 275 km/h in the experiment

CRH1B型电力动车组是由青岛四方-庞巴迪-鲍尔铁路运输设备有限公司(BSP*)基于CRH1A型动车组,为适应中国铁路运力状况而研发的250 km/h长编组动车组。

*注:2008年,庞巴迪公司收购了鲍尔公司在BSP内的股份,自此庞巴迪公司和四方车辆各持股50%,公司也正式更名为“青岛四方庞巴迪铁路运输设备有限公司”,简称“BST”。

发展历程

BSP在2007年10月31日获得原铁道部40列16节编组动车组新订单,合同编号796。其中20列是在CRH1A基础上扩编至16节车厢的大编组座车高速列车,称为CRH1B,编号为CRH1-041B~CRH1-060B。全列16节编组中包括10节动车配6节拖车(10M6T),其中包括3节一等座车,12节二等座车,1节餐车。

2009年03月05日,首列CRH1B型动车组完成了BSP公司内部的环形线测试,3月08日开始在北京环行铁道试验。

2009年04月起逐步交付上海铁路局,运行上海—南京、上海南—杭州的城际列车。

整批20列CRH1B动车组在2010年04月交付完毕。

2011年07月23日,7·23甬温线特别重大铁路事故中,由CRH2-139E担当的D301次列车(北京南—福州)追尾由CRH1-046B担当的D3115次列车(杭州—福州南),D301次的CRH2-139E动车组(后车)1车至4车脱轨坠落桥下,5车悬空,D3115次的CRH1-046B动车组(前车)13车至16车脱轨,事后,CRH2-139E的1车至5车报废,11车至16车后被中国铁路总公司改造为被综合检测列车(CRH2J-0205),其余车厢被拆解;CRH1B-046的13车至16车报废,1车至12车被中国铁路总公司改造为训练列车。

技术特征

CRH1B型动车组采用交流传动及动力分散式,轴重不大于16 t,牵引总功率11000 kW,车体为不锈钢结构。列车在2、7、10、15号车厢设有受电弓及附属装置,受电弓工作高度最低5.3米、最高6.5米。车端连接装置采用德国系统的夏芬伯格式10号半自动密接全自动车钩,内置机械、空气、电气连接机构和通路,但不支持重联运行,其他主要技术参数与CRH1A相同。

编号调整

2014年07月01日,根据《铁总运(2014)150号》文件,所有CRH动车组的编号均作出了调整,CRH1B型动车组的编号方式发生变化:原编号为CRH1-041B~CRH1-060B改为CRH1B-1041~CRH1A-1060。

Existing problems and deficiencies

由于原车型为短途城际列车,CRH1保留了类似地铁的加速度,但每节车厢每侧仅有一个车门,上下乘客的速度很慢,高峰期经常造成列车晚点。该车空调不能随着外界气压变化自动进入内循环模式,需要手动操作进入内循环,在隧道较长且较为密集的线路,司机无法及时操作,列车在高速运行中通过隧道,会使乘客产生强烈的耳鸣感甚至难以受。另外由于CRH1采用不锈钢车身,时速达130 km/h左右时,会和部分较旧铁轨产生共振,车身会产生振动,影响乘坐体验。
