Cinova 2.0基于CR300AF平台，同时继承了既有CINOVA平台的特点，最高运行速度200 km/h，可满足城际、市域铁路以及于干线铁路互通的不同场景的需求。首组列车于2022年下线，2023年01月出厂。首列量产车0220于2023年12月20日出厂交付武汉都市圈城际铁路。
