CIT400B高速综合检测车以CRH380B新一代高速列车技术平台为基础,采用全新的外观,采用6M2T编组,最大功率达13200 kW,设计时速为400 km/h。该车安装了ATP、信号参数、无线场强、弓网关系、轨道几何形态、动力学及加速度检测的设备和线路监视系统,主要负责时速250—350公里级的高速铁路的轨道几何状态、动力学、接触网、信号、ATP、无线通信、线路环境等的周期性检测和新建线路的全方位检测。

该车作为中国北车高速综合检测列车,是唐车公司承担的国家863计划重点铁路科研项目之一,是保障高速铁路运营安全的重要装备,可实现最高时速400公里持续综合检测。依托铁道部和科技部签署的《中国高速列车自主创新联合行动计划》,以及国家“863”计划重点项目《最高试验速度400 km/h高速检测列车关键技术研究与装备研制》,以集成设计技术为核心,针对高速检测列车动车组时速400公里速度和检测系统需求两大技术核心,着重研究转向架、车体、牵引传动与制动、网络控制、辅助供电等关键子系统的适配技术,在高速动车组系统集成技术、动力配置技术、气动外形优化技术、检测设备与动车组接口技术、电磁兼容技术、超高速技术研究试验接口技术、动车组不同动力配置编组的转换技术、轨道检测技术、弓网检测技术、轮轨力检测技术、车辆动态响应测试技术、通讯及信号检测技术、综合检测技术等十二个方面取得重大创新成果,具备400 km/h持续检测运行和500 km/h以上超高速试验能力,为今后我国更高速度等级的高速列车技术研究提供了平台。

高速综合检测列车集成了通信、信号、轨道、动力学、弓网及综合等六大检测系统的数百种检测设备,解决了满足时速400公里速度下各种检测设备的结构、强度、EMC等性能和布局匹配,满足了检测系统的高速、实时、同步检测需求,实现了对车体、构架、轮对应力载荷和气动载荷等列车性能在不同速度、不同服役条件下的实时跟踪检测,填补了国内外时速400公里等级高速检测列车技术上的空白,为我国高速列车相关理论与技术的持续发展提供了数据获取与验证手段。

本项目获发明专利10余项,发表科技论文30余篇,成果获中国铁道学会科技特等奖,项目成果已累计检测线路160.3万公里,为我国高速铁路安全运行和高速路网的能力保持提供了强有力的运维支持和保障。
