CRH380AL (Gen 3) EMU Train was born in December 2015, belongs to the CRH380A series, 14M2T in marshalling, the hole length is 403 m, has a maximum design speed of 380 km/h,

CRH380AL三阶段与二阶段差距不大,但是细节部分做了一些优化。增加停放制动,能够在较大坡度的线路运行,同时三阶段车间高压改用跳线。

招标信息

2015年11月10日招标时速350 km/h长编组高速动车组,四方中标8组(2913-2920)。

2017年01月18日招标时速350 km/h长编组高速动车组,四方中标5组(2926-2930)。

Existing problems and deficiencies

CRH380A系列继承了CRH2系列诸多特征,同时很多缺点仍然存在,因CRH380A系列动力车多,且依然使用的是极其落后的ARCNET网络标准,监测列车运行状态的传感器数量不足,需要人工查找问题,检修十分困难,导致CRH380A系列早期修程较短,无法胜任较长交路运营,维护成本极高,是CRH380中成本最高的系列,后期更换部分配件后修程逐渐增长,部分运行条件较好的交路一级修里程已由早期的4000+400km/24h延长至6000+600km/48h,部分交路仍执行4000km/24h。另外,该车车内通风设施设计不合理,车内通风口没有排水挡,车内尤其是卫生间内的污水有进入通风系统的概率,一旦进入就会发酵变质产生异味,且整个结构不利于清洁。

CRH2系列列车网络落后,不仅列车检修维护困难,而且包括后续的CRH380A、CRH2-NG以及早期的CRH6A,需要使用(日本进口的寿命约为5年的内置不可充电且无法更换电池的)有源NFC卡片写入包括列车车次数据、广播信息以及显示屏内容的列车运行数据,卡片寿命到期后需要更换,且部分列车因年代久远,相关车载装置也存在问题,导致列车无法更换车次信息,部分列车只能长期固定交路,限制了列车运行范围。另外该系统与列车网络深度绑定,通信协议落后,且使用非标准光纤传输,更换系统较为困难,暂无法升级更新。

由于动力单元多、牵引电动机多且传感器数量严重不足,大量检修工作需要人工完成,致使该车运营维护成本极高。
