2009年09月28日订单中的后70组为CRH380AL(二阶段),二阶段CRH380AL进行了统型化改进,统一了操作界面,优化了乘客体验。二阶段CRH380AL采用新的坐席配置,将商务座设置于1车和16车,4车也由一等座车改为二等座车等,商务座定员26人、一等座定员112人,二等座定员923人,全列定员1061人,后期根据统一部署,列车编号调整为2571-2640。

智能列车

同时CRH380AL二阶段最后一组列车(CRH380A-6140L,调整后的编号为2640)还承担了智能高速列车试验车的作用。首次提出智能列车的概念,以高速列车为核心,以全息化列车状态感知和数字化运行环境为基础,以信息化智能处理与交互为支撑,具有自检测、自诊断、自决策能力的智能化高速列车系统,并能提供数据通信、资讯服务、电子票务等个性化服务,实现高速列车安全可靠运行和全生命周期能力保持和优化,以实现形成智能列车产业化能力并形成相关设计、制造标准以及行业技术及标准体系,研制满足分层感知的智能传感器和电子标签并形成相关设计与检测系列标准与实验规范,进而实现运用检修效率提高25%,定期检修检修效率提高20%以上。系统主要由车载智能感知网络、车载数据处理中心、车载旅客服务系统以及车载无线通信系统构成。其中车载智能感知网络在每个车厢设置一个网络单元,构成环形千兆以太网作为传输网络,将性能参数、动态数据等车载数据传输到车载数据处理中心,与列车既有的WTD、TBDR、AAD等设备接口采集列车监控数据,并通过加装的传感器、采集终端、摄像机等补充采集安全、故障、检修灯必要信息,实现数据动态感知。车载多模无线通信实现车-地的实时传输列车运行状态和诊断数据,车载数据处理中心通过对采集到的数据进行处理,实现在途预警并向上传输,以实现基本信息和运行数据显示和监控、在途预警报警、故障记录等功能。除了面向列车运维,整个系统还可以实现旅客服务信息的发送并提供更丰富的旅客导向服务和互联网服务。不过遗憾的是,关于CRH2系列的落后列车网络仍没有做出较大的革新。

Existing problems and deficiencies

CRH380A系列继承了CRH2系列诸多特征,同时很多缺点仍然存在,因CRH380A系列动力车多,且依然使用的是极其落后的ARCNET网络标准,监测列车运行状态的传感器数量不足,需要人工查找问题,检修十分困难,需要频繁人工检查,同时由于过度追求轻量化而导致车体结构强度严重不足,致使CRH380A系列早期修程较短,无法胜任较长交路运营,维护成本极高,是CRH380中成本最高的系列,后期更换部分配件后修程逐渐增长,部分运行条件较好的交路一级修里程已由早期的4000+400km/24h延长至6000+600km/48h,部分交路仍执行4000km/24h。另外,该车车内通风设施设计不合理,新风与废气容易串流,车内回风口设置于地面座椅下方,同时没有防护措施,车内尤其是卫生间内的污水或者污物有进入通风系统的概率,一旦进入就会发酵变质产生异味,且整个结构不利于清洁。

CRH2系列列车网络落后,不仅列车检修维护困难,而且包括后续的CRH380A、CRH2-NG以及早期的CRH6A,需要使用(日本进口的寿命约为5年的内置不可充电且无法更换电池的)有源NFC卡片写入包括列车车次数据、广播信息以及显示屏内容的列车运行数据,卡片寿命到期后需要更换,且部分列车因年代久远,相关车载装置也存在问题,导致列车无法更换车次信息,部分列车只能长期固定交路,限制了列车运行范围。另外该系统与列车网络深度绑定,通信协议落后,且使用非标准光纤传输,更换系统较为困难,暂无法升级更新。过分相时辅助变流器断电,空调、换气系统和空压机等会停止工作,重新启动时会发出额外的噪音。

备用制动也采用电制动(DC100V),当受电弓无法取电且蓄电池无电的情况下无法缓解制动,只能使用同型号同批次列车以固定方向救援(00车-01车),当使用不同型号动车组或机车救援时,只能全列手动缓解,限速5 km/h。

无停放制动,无法在坡度较大的线路运行。由于动力单元多、牵引电动机多且传感器数量严重不足,大量检修工作需要人工完成,致使该车运营维护成本极高。车门不具有防夹功能,虽然能够保证车门未妥善关闭时无法运行,但是车门夹物后无法自动打开,需要人工切断车门气路才能处置。
