大功率改造

在中国铁路总公司的统一组织和支持下,中车大连电牵公司发挥核心技术创新优势,利用自身动车组深度自主化牵引控制技术平台,服务兰新线CRH5G型动车组牵引功率提升,顺利完成线路运行测试,试验动车组在兰新线长大坡道上的运行速度达到200 km/h,成功实现设定的功率提升目标。

兰新线全长1776公里,东起兰州,途经西宁,西至乌鲁木齐。全线有多段坡度20‰、持续数十公里的长大坡道,受原车功率限制,在长大坡道上的运行速度只有160 km/h。为进一步进行西部干线运能提升,2015年07月中国铁路总公司提出了对兰新线动车组的功率提升要求。兰新线CRH5G动车组制造商长客股份公司立即组织含大连电牵公司在内的多家配套单位,在对原车功率余量的科学计算分析和地面测试等系列工作开展基础上,提出了“保持原车基本牵引部件不变,充分发挥原车功率余量,借助牵引软件改进升级,实现牵引功率提升”的基本策略,得到了中国铁路总公司的认可。依据该动车组整车牵引计算,大连电牵公司依托自身牵引控制核心技术创新能力优势,组织了牵引控制软件的完全自主改进替代开发,经过严谨的方案论证、控制算法设计、运行仿真分析、地面试验验证,完成了对原车牵引控制软件的自主创新替代,经中国铁路总公司组织了装车试验方案评审,确定将CRH5G动车组牵引功率从原5680 kW提升到7480 kW,提升约30%,以满足兰新线长大坡道200 km/h运行要求。

为全面验证动车组功率提升效果,中国铁路总公司、兰州铁路局专门在兰新线安排了周密的线路运行验证。2016年03月01日至2016年03月19日,以CRH5G-5191为试验列车,用规定质量的沙袋作为测试载荷,经充分试验验证,在满载情况下动车组能以200 km/h时速在长大坡道运行,爬坡能力、冗余能力均满足设计要求。

Existing problems and deficiencies

受列车宽度较小的影响,CRH5系列客舱布局相对紧凑,座椅空间和舒适度较差,同时因特殊的驱动方式使得CRH5系列运行平顺程度较差,列车与部分线路的轨道兼容性差,致使列车运行极度不平顺。且动力轴数量小,列车性能比较一般。
