CRH5G EMU Train was born in December 2013, belongs to the CRH5 series, 5M3T in marshalling, the hole length is 211.5 m, has a maximum design speed of 250 km/h, and 275 km/h in the experiment

和谐号CRH5G动车组,是由长春轨道客车股份有限公司在CRH5A型动车组的基础上,借鉴CRH380B系列动车组而研制的耐高寒、抗风沙动车组。

发展历程

2004年,原铁道部引进法国阿尔斯通公司的高速动车组,该型动车组被命名为CRH5A。CRH5A承受温度范围可达±40℃,因此很受哈尔滨铁路局、沈阳铁路局等东北地区路局的青睐。

2013年11月11日招标中,长春轨道客车股份有限公司获得中国铁路总公司的10组动车组订单,目标应用于兰新高速铁路等风沙、高寒、高海拔环境。

为此,长客借鉴CRH380BG型耐高寒动车组的设计理念,以CRH5A型动车组为基础,进行了高寒、高海拔适应性优化改进,新型动车组当分别时命名为耐高寒的CRH5G和耐高寒、抗风沙的CRH5H型动车组。

2014年01月,CRH5H型动车组在哈大高铁进行了低温专项试验,结果显示该车耐寒性能非常突出。

2015年01月16日,CRH2H-2417与CRH5H-5176两列新型耐风沙及高寒动车组,同赴哈尔滨铁路局伊图里河站进行冷冻静态实验。

2015年下半年,原“时速200~250公里、8辆编组、耐高寒座车动车组”的子型号G,与“时速200~250公里、8辆编组、耐风沙及高寒座车动车组”的子型号H,统一为子型号G,兼具耐高寒及抗风沙能力。

技术特征

长春轨道客车股份有限公司生产的全部CRH5G,皆为250 km/h级别统型动车组,定员613人。

CRH5G型动车组在CRH5A型动车组的基础上,更加注重耐高寒、抗风沙性能,如空调采用防风沙和空气过滤设计、车体减少暴露缝隙等,空调系统增大了功率,以应对兰新高铁沿线冬季寒冷,夏季炎热的特点,能确保室外正负40℃时,车内温度始终恒定在24℃,相较于CRH5A型动车组,CRH5G型动车组外观仅有微小差别:车头车钩整流罩处未见车钩导向杆伸出,而其余外观与涂装与CRH5A并无二致。电机型号YJ87A2,为三相鼠笼异步电机,六极,强迫风冷,定子采用全叠片焊接结构,定子配备真空压浸200级绝缘漆,非传动端安装速度传感器,速度传感器及其连接器的防护等级为IP68,监测电机两端轴承和定子的温升情况。结构部件材料选用耐低温性能良好的结构钢制成;端盖(电机吊挂)材料采用耐-40℃低温冲击的球墨铸铁材料。额定电流211.22A,额定转速1177r/min,额定频率59.8Hz;牵引变流器、辅助变流器集成一体式结构,采用平台化的设计方式,牵引-辅助变流器型号为YGZN2Q213A(原CRH5H-5176采用 YGZN2Q213B),额定输入电压AC 1770V,输出电压范围0~2808V,额定中间直流电压DC 3600V,输出频率范围0~180Hz。辅助变流器额定输入电压DC 3600V,额定输出电压3AC 400V频率50Hz,额定容量300kVA。

Existing problems and deficiencies

受列车宽度较小的影响,CRH5系列客舱布局相对紧凑,座椅空间和舒适度较差,同时因特殊的驱动方式使得CRH5系列运行平顺程度较差,列车与部分线路的轨道兼容性差,致使列车运行极度不平顺。且动力轴数量小,列车性能比较一般。
