CRH5A EMU Train was born in December 2006, belongs to the CRH5 series, 5M3T in marshalling, the hole length is 211.5 m, has a maximum design speed of 250 km/h, and 280 km/h in the experiment

CRH5A动车组是由法国阿尔斯通公司基于意大利菲亚特铁路公司的New Pendolino宽体摆式列车平台ETR600/610车体研制,取消其摆式功能,由意大利工厂生产样车,通过技术转移、引进吸收后,由长春轨道客车股份有限公司继续生产的动车组。

发展历程

2006年12月11日,首组CRH5A(CRH5-001A)列车从意大利萨维利亚诺登船运往中国。

2007年01月28日,首组列车抵达大连港,原装进口的CRH5-001A原为蓝色涂装,现今已改为CRH动车组统一的白色涂装。

2007年03月,第一组由中国生产的CRH5A(CRH5-010A)出厂。

2007年04月02日,中国铁道科学研究院与长春轨道客车签订了以CRH5型为基础的高速综合检测列车研制合同,开始高速综合检测列车的研制生产。

2007年04月18日起,随着中国铁路第六次大提速的实施,CRH5A动车组正式在既有京哈线上运行。

2009年07月,长春轨道客车再获得铁道部30列8辆编组的CRH5A型动车组新订单(当时编号CRH5-061A~CRH5-090A)。

2010年10月13日,长春轨道客车股份有限公司与北京铁路局签订价值27亿元、共20列的CRH5型动车组销售合同(CRH5A-5091~CRH5A-5110)。

2011年04月,长春轨道客车再获得北京铁路局的CRH5A型动车组新订单(CRH5A-5111~CRH5A-5130),总值38.7亿元人民币,另外武汉铁路局又订购了10列CRH5A型动车组(CRH5A-5131~CRH5A-5140)。

2014年底,CRH5A临时抽调配属于乌鲁木齐铁路局、兰州铁路局和青藏铁路公司,参与了兰新高速铁路的初期运营,之后又有部分CRH5A转配呼和浩特铁路局。

2021年10月11日起,部分CRH5A在京张-张呼高铁运营。

编号调整

2014年07月01日,根据《铁总运(2014)150号》文件,所有CRH动车组的编号均作出了调整,长客生产的CRH5A型动车组的编号方式发生变化:原编号CRH5-001A~CRH5-090A改为CRH5A-5001~CRH5A-5090。此后,长客生产的CRH5A型动车组均依照新规定之格式安排编号。

技术特征

CRH5A型动车组以New Pendolino宽体摆式列车平台为基础,取消了其摆式功能,每列8节编组,共5节动车和3节拖车(5M3T),每个动力车两个动力轴(实则2.5M5.5T),采用ONIX 233 XHP牵引逆变器,后期国产化为永济电机YGN2Q213,6FJA 3257A或YJ87A牵引电动机,设计营运速度为250 km/h,列车可两组重联运行。CRH5A共安装三种动力转向架,其中第1车为AX30499、第8车为AX109467,轴端装有轴温传感器、速度传感器以及接地回流装置,AX30499还安装轮缘润滑装置和扫石器,第2、4、7车为安装加速度传感器的AX30500。非动力转向架由AX30513/4两种组成。全部采用轴盘制动,动力轴有2个制动轴盘,非动力轴有3组制动轴盘。

由于CRH5A型动车组下线时间较晚(2007年03月),整体试运行时间不足,导致一些潜在问题没有能够在试验中解决,而且CRH5是第一批CRH动车组系列中唯一一款对原型车的进行了大幅度的改动,调试的难度较高,所以CRH5A在2007年04月起正式运营后,初期故障率相对比CRH1及CRH2较高,例如制动系统、空调系统以及列车自动门的故障。在CRH5投入试验时,曾经发生过刮弓事故,列车升双弓试验时前集电弓全部刮断,事后捡拾集电弓的技术人员被撞身亡。

而在耐寒性方面,CRH5则比CRH1及CRH2优胜,其承受温度范围可达±40℃。且CRH5A型动车组时目前唯一可以停靠在低站台的动车组,因此CRH5很受东北地区的哈尔滨铁路局、沈阳铁路局的青睐。

列车设有一等座车(ZY)、二等座车(ZE)、一等包座/二等座车(ZYE)和带酒吧的二等座车/餐车(ZEC)。其中一等座采用2+2方式布置,二等座为2+3布置。

CRH5A-5001~CRH5A-5013、CRH5A-5044~CRH5A-5055的一等、二等座椅不可旋转,容易造成背朝列车前进方向的乘客有不适,之后批次的CRH5A减少座位数以解决这个问题。

Existing problems and deficiencies

受列车宽度较小的影响,CRH5系列客舱布局相对紧凑,座椅空间和舒适度较差,同时因特殊的驱动方式使得CRH5系列运行平顺程度较差,列车与部分线路的轨道兼容性差,致使列车运行极度不平顺。且动力轴数量小,虽然有5节动力车,但仅相当于2.5M5.5T,列车性能比较一般。

车内烟感探测设备不足,无法快速检测危险情况。
