CRH3C (Gen 2) EMU Train was born in October 2009, belongs to the CRH3( High Speed) series, 4M4T in marshalling, the hole length is 200.67 m, has a maximum design speed of 350 km/h, and 404 km/h in the experiment

二阶段

2009年09月28日,中国北车再获140列新一代动车组订单,其中20列为CRH3C型动车组,由唐车制造。为更适应实际运用需求,二阶段部分细节与一阶段有所区别,传动比也调整为2.429,更加适应高速运营,轮对半磨耗运行速度300 km/h时,电机转速约4500 rpm,全磨耗运行速度350 km/h时,电机转速也降至约5400 rpm,在安全范围内,由于传动比下降,二阶段0~200km/h平均加速度慢于一阶段。另外CRH3系列动车组原本是SN1002CN踏面,由于S1002CN踏面在镟轮后期等效锥度过大,以及其对钢轨廓形的变化较为明感,易导致横向加速报警转向架等问题,已经通过更换等效锥度更小的LMB-10踏面解决。电机型号为国产化YJ105A,电机采用弹性架悬式安装,是将电机安装在电机吊架上,通过电机吊架和弹性吊杆安装在转向架构架上。在满足变流器控制的前提下,选取了较小转差率以获得恒功区94%以上的高效率,为了规避制造过程中铸铝转子材质不匀造成电机特性的差异,导条材质采用了电阻率低的高导电铜材。在传动端选择了深沟球轴承,非传动端配置了圆柱滚子轴承。

2010年07月16日,全部80列CRH3C列车均已出厂。

编号调整

2014年7月1日,根据《铁总运(2014)150号》文件,所有CRH动车组的编号均作出了调整,CRH3C型动车组的编号方式发生变化:原编号为CRH3-001C~CRH3-080C改为CRH3C-3001~CRH3C-3080。

Existing problems and deficiencies

列车气密性一般,通过密集隧道时容易使乘客产生一定的不适感。没有自动施加停放制动功能,在退出主控占用时,不自动施加停放制动,容易导致列车溜车。
