发展历程

2005年11月,原铁道部与德国西门子在“以市场换技术”的原则下签订协议,西门子因而获得60列时速300公里的高速列车订单,总值6.69亿欧元(原型车每列2.5亿元人民币,技术转让费8000万欧元),并被定型为CRH3A。根据协议,前两组列车由德国原装进口,西门子内部称为Velaro-CN,原编号为CRH3-002A及CRH3-004A,此后该车型更名为CRH3C,编号也相应调整为CRH3-002C、CRH3-004C。

2007年12月12日,第一组进口列车在科勒非尔德举行了隆重的交接仪式,并于2007年12月底在德国不来梅装船付运。

2008年01月,第一组进口列车运抵中国天津,随后到北京环行铁道进行试验,由唐车在中国制造的国产化CRH3C型动车组编号为CRH3-001C、CRH3-003C、CRH3-005C至CRH3-060C,其结构与进口车完全相同,铝合金车体于2007年9月完成,唐车方面原本预计这组列车会于2008年3月31日正式出厂,由于国产化列车部分零部件未能如期运抵车厂,遂延至4月11日下线。首批列车于2008年8月正式投入运营。

2008年06月24日上午9时13分,由唐车制造的第一列国产化CRH3C(CRH3-001C)于在京津城际铁路的试验中创下了394.3公里的最高时速,当天的试验中CRH3C仅用了5分钟左右,速度就提升至300 km/h。

2008年08月01日,随着京津城际铁路于正式通车运营,CRH3C型动车组也于当日起投入运营,其商用运营时速达350 km/h,是当时世界日常运营时速最快的轮轨高速铁路。

2009年12月09日,CRH3-013C在武广客运专线进行试验,最高时速达到了394.2公里,创下了两车重联情况下的世界运营高速铁路最高速度记录。

技术概述

CRH3C型电力动车组采用动力分散式,每列8节编组,共4节动车和4节拖车(4M4T),最高运营速度达350 km/h。

供电制式为交流 25 kV,50 Hz,接触网取电,IGBT水冷VVVF牵引变流器,早期车辆采用西门子1TB2019-0GCO2异步牵引电动机,后期采用永济YJ105A电机,功率因数为0.87,1TB2019额定电流是145A,YJ105A额定电流135A,效率约为94~95%,轮周牵引功率为8800 kw,轮周再生制动功率约为 8000kw。CRH3C一阶段齿轮箱传动比为2.7931(另有说法2.788),轮对全磨耗时以350 km/h运行,电动机转速将超过 6200rpm,超过两款电动机5900rpm/5891rpm的最高转速,容易造成润滑不良,进而影响寿命,后续列车限速300 km/h,此时半磨耗情况下电机最高转速为5100 rpm左右。采用基于西门子SF500的CW300/CW300D型无摇枕空气弹簧转向架,SF500采用S1002踏面,轮对内侧距为1360mm,轮轨游间10mm,而CW300改为1353mm,轮轨游间16mm,新轮直径是920mm,半磨耗875mm,全磨耗830mm(动力车)和860mm(无动力车),采用微机控制的直通式电空制动系统,每个无动力轴配备三个组轴盘制动,动力轴采用轮盘制动,同时提供踏面清扫装置。采用空电复合制动时,电子制动控制单元(EBCU)通过多功能车辆总线(MVB)和绞线式列车总线(WTB)读取牵引系统再生制动状态信息,并依据制动指令,按照设定的复合制动模式分配空气制动和电制动的制动力。空气制动控制装置和空压机由克诺尔公司提供。车头车钩整流罩处可见车钩导向杆伸出,支持两组列车重联运行。另外CRH3系列动车组原本是SN1002CN踏面,由于S1002CN踏面在镟轮后期等效锥度过大,以及其对钢轨廓形的变化较为明感,易导致横向加速报警转向架等问题,已经通过更换等效锥度更小的LMB-10踏面解决。

编号调整

2014年7月1日,根据《铁总运(2014)150号》文件,所有CRH动车组的编号均作出了调整,CRH3C型动车组的编号方式发生变化:原编号为CRH3-001C~CRH3-080C改为CRH3C-3001~CRH3C-3080。

Existing problems and deficiencies

列车气密性一般,通过密集隧道时容易使乘客产生一定的不适感。没有自动施加停放制动功能,在退出主控占用时,不自动施加停放制动,容易导致列车溜车。
