纵向卧铺

新型CRH2E纵向卧铺动车组,是在新一代CRH2E的基础上进行改进,创新性的采用了纵向卧铺设计,大幅度增加了载客量,降低了运营成本。该车外观采用与CRH2G相同的骏马衍生造型,前窗和车灯保持不变。

发展历程

2017年03月,由中车青岛四方股份有限公司生产的全新CRH2E-2463号卧铺动车组下线并开始各项测试试验。

2017年07月01日,CRH2E新型纵向卧铺动车组D311次列车在北京南站迎来首发,与列车运行方向平行的卧铺位置和空间单人化的设计都给乘车旅客带来了全新乘坐体验。

技术特征

CRH2E纵向卧铺动车组是我国第一款下线的纵向布局卧铺动车组,与传统卧铺动车和普通列车卧铺采用垂直列车方向的横向卧铺不同,新车型采用与运行方向平行的纵向布局模式。车厢内部采用上下铺设计,卧铺不再集中在车厢的一侧,车厢中间为过道,铺位分布于车厢两侧。上下铺均有观景车窗,但列车内部仍为单层设计。

每张卧铺就像一个独立的小包间,置物桌、电源插座、扶手、窗帘、阅读灯等各种配置齐全,还有可以独立控制开关的空调出风口,拉上与走廊之间的帘子,完全就可以成为一个私密的空间。进一步优化了减振降噪设计,车厢内部的噪声控制在62分贝,列车噪声水平达到优级,即使列车在高速运行时,车厢里也十分安静。

CRH2E纵向卧铺动车组采用16节编组,8动8拖,最高运行速度250 km/h。

列车头尾两节列车不再设二等座车,全车除9号车厢为卧铺\餐车合造车外,均为软卧车厢。头尾车定员40人;中间卧车由横向卧铺时的定员40人增至60人;9号车厢为餐卧合造车,定员20人,全车定员也增加到880人,比传统CRH2E型卧铺动车组630人定员(二等座110人,软卧520人)大幅增加37%,可有效降低单位成本。

由于纵向卧铺布局需要,车体尺寸加以调整,车体参照中国标准动车组,高度由老CRH2E的3700mm和新CRH2E的3860mm增加到4050mm,车宽则与新CRH2E相同为3330mm。中间车长度则由此前各型CRH2E的24500mm增加到25000mm,头车长度增加至26825mm,列车总长度约为412.8米,相比之前横向卧铺版增加约11.4米,整体乘坐空间更大。由于列车尺寸、重量增加,牵引系统虽然仍然采用YQ300-2电机和ATM9牵引变压器,但允许单个电机最大功率达322 kW,列车受电弓设在4车、5车、12车、13车,共4处。

Existing problems and deficiencies

CRH2-NG系列虽然对外观与内饰进行了大幅度更新,但并未对列车网络进行升级,使用的依然是源自CRH2的落后网络,不仅列车检修维护困难,还需要使用(日本进口的寿命约为5年的内置不可充电且无法更换电池的)有源NFC卡片写入包括列车车次数据、广播信息以及显示屏内容的列车运行数据,卡片寿命到期后需要更换,且部分列车因年代久远,相关车载装置也存在问题,另外该系统与列车网络深度绑定,通信协议落后,且使用光纤传输,更换系统较为困难,导致列车无法更换车次信息,部分列车只能长期固定交路,限制了列车运行范围。过分相时辅助变流器断电,空调、换气系统和空压机等会停止工作,重新启动时会发出额外的噪音。

备用制动也采用电制动(DC100V),当受电弓无法取电且蓄电池无电的情况下无法缓解制动,只能使用同型号同批次列车以固定方向救援(00车-01车),当使用不同型号动车组或机车救援时,只能全列手动缓解,限速5 km/h。

CRH2系列因牵引系统设计,过分相时部分其他电气设备断电,当重新启动时会发出额外的噪音,造成环境底噪波动,空调也会停机并重新启动,在夜间不利于睡眠。
