CRH2E-NG (Weather-proof) EMU Train was born in Jult 2015, belongs to the CRH2-NG series, 8M8T in marshalling, the hole length is 401.4 m, has a maximum design speed of 250 km/h, and 275 km/h in the experiment

新型CRH2E-2461高寒型动车组在CRH2G的基础上结合其他型号的优点,采用大量的新材料和新技术,采用全新的外观设计,重点解决了耐高寒、抗风沙、耐高温、适应高海拔和防紫外线老化五大技术难题,能够适应±40℃的温度,也能安全运行在强风沙和高海拔地带。

2015年08月,由青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司研制的新型CRH2E卧铺动车组下线,并开始在北京环形铁道进行测试。

2015年12月14日,新CRH2E卧铺动车组正式投入运营,当晚21时23分,CRH2E-2461担当D321次列车从北京南站驶出开往上海。

新CRH2E列车,设有设有13节软卧车,2节二等座车和1节软卧/餐车合造车。软卧车每辆10个包厢,共40个铺位,包房内增加小件行李空间,并增加插座数量。下层卧铺是抽拉式结构,具备“座卧两用”功能,可灵活转换为座位,作为座位使用时,可将床铺的一部分宽度折起作为靠背的一部分,同时还提供扶手,而作为卧铺使用时又可恢复床铺宽度,使得动车组既可在夜间以卧车运营,也能在日间以卧代座的形式运营,每个下铺可以作为三个座位使用,提高了卧铺动车组的利用率,也提高乘坐舒适性。针对长距离客运特点,新型卧铺动车组增加了大量的人性化设计,乘坐更加舒适便捷。

卧铺包间内设施齐备,除了阅读灯,还新增衣帽钩、书报架和卧铺挡板等人性化设施,并增加插座数量。为方便旅客存放大件行李,除增大包间的储存空间外,每节车厢还设有客运备品柜。新型卧铺动车组司机室里设有专用卧铺,供轮乘司机休息,中间车厢则设计了供旅客休闲使用的餐吧。另外,双号车增加一个卫生间,缓解高峰期卫生间使用紧张的问题。

Existing problems and deficiencies

CRH2-NG系列虽然对外观与内饰进行了大幅度更新,但并未对列车网络进行升级,使用的依然是源自CRH2的落后网络,不仅列车检修维护困难,还需要使用(日本进口的寿命约为5年的内置不可充电且无法更换电池的)有源NFC卡片写入包括列车车次数据、广播信息以及显示屏内容的列车运行数据,卡片寿命到期后需要更换,且部分列车因年代久远,相关车载装置也存在问题,另外该系统与列车网络深度绑定,通信协议落后,且使用光纤传输,更换系统较为困难,导致列车无法更换车次信息,部分列车只能长期固定交路,限制了列车运行范围。过分相时辅助变流器断电,空调、换气系统和空压机等会停止工作,重新启动时会发出额外的噪音。

备用制动也采用电制动(DC100V),当受电弓无法取电且蓄电池无电的情况下无法缓解制动,只能使用同型号同批次列车以固定方向救援(00车-01车),当使用不同型号动车组或机车救援时,只能全列手动缓解,限速5 km/h。

CRH2系列因牵引系统设计,过分相时部分其他电气设备断电,当重新启动时会发出额外的噪音,造成环境底噪波动,空调也会停机并重新启动,在夜间不利于睡眠。
