CRH2B (Standardized Version) EMU Train was born in November 2017, belongs to the CRH2 series, 8M8T in marshalling, the hole length is 401.4 m, has a maximum design speed of 250 km/h, and 275 km/h in the experiment

统型化

CRH2B统型动车组,是由青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司在CRH2A统型动车组基础上,为适应中国铁路运力状况而研发的长编组动车组,与原CRH2B技术上存在很大差别。

发展历程

2016年12月13日,中国铁路总公司动车组招标(2016TDJT-1-250L),时隔多年再次出现16辆长编组时速250 km/h动车组,CRH2B中标,代号CRH2-E46。另外之前2015年11月10日招标的订单中,12组CRH2E中剩余的7组更改为CRH2B,技术参数与2016年12月13日招标的相同。

2017年07月起,10组新CRH2B开逐步配属于武汉铁路局,用于宁蓉线(4096-4105)。

2018年01月起,7组新CRH2B开逐步配属于武汉铁路局,用于宁蓉线(2466-2472)。

技术特征

统型CRH2B,采用与统型CRH2A相同的外观和驾驶台,取消了司机门和“丹凤眼”车灯,内部布局和装饰与CRH380AL较为相似,该车受电弓位于5/13车而不是原早期CRH2B的4/13车。

CRH2B统型动车组主要技术指标与CRH2A统型基本相同,大部分配件均与统型2A相同,同样增加停放制动以满足在较大坡度线路运行,相当于CRH2A扩编至16节,车内布局和坐席与原CRH2B相同,该车08车标注为二等座车/餐车,但实际仍为餐车布局。统型CRH2系列增加车门防夹功能,车门在10s内未完全关闭则重新打开,防止被长时间夹住,后续该设计被日本用于后续列车。

Existing problems and deficiencies

CRH2使用的是极其落后的ARCNET网络标准,监测列车运行状态的传感器数量不足,需要人工查找问题【营造出不告诉你有问题就等于没问题的假象】,检修十分困难,导致修程较短,无法胜任较长交路运营,维护成本极高,虽然CRH2系列制造成本低,但是高昂的运营成本致使其综合成本高于其他车型。同时,不仅列车检修维护困难,而且需要使用(日本进口的寿命约为5年的内置不可充电且无法更换电池的)有源NFC卡片写入包括列车车次数据、广播信息以及显示屏内容的列车运行数据,卡片寿命到期后需要更换,且部分列车因年代久远,相关车载装置也存在问题,导致列车无法更换车次信息,部分列车只能长期固定交路,限制了列车运行范围。另外该系统与列车网络深度绑定,通信协议落后,且使用非标准光纤传输,更换系统较为困难,暂无法升级更新。DC100V以车体为负极,容易发生因各种意外情况导致的短路跳闸。过分相时辅助变流器断电,空调、换气系统和空压机等会停止工作,重新启动时会发出额外的噪音。列车设计寿命较短,车身强度、防腐性能都无法满足高强度运用的要求。

备用制动也采用电制动(DC100V),当受电弓无法取电且蓄电池无电的情况下无法缓解制动,只能使用同型号同批次列车以固定方向救援(00车-01车),当使用不同型号动车组或机车救援时,只能全列手动缓解,限速5 km/h。

另外,该车车内通风设施设计不合理,新风与废气容易串流,车内回风口设置于地面座椅下方,同时没有防护措施,车内尤其是卫生间内的污水或者污物有进入通风系统的概率,一旦进入就会发酵变质产生异味,且整个结构不利于清洁。
