和谐号CRH2B型动车组,是由青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司在CRH2A型动车组基础上,为适应中国铁路运力状况而研发的长编组动车组。

发展历程

2007年04月,原中国南车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司获原铁道部10列16节长编组动车组的新订单,合同总值约30亿元人民币,该型号动车组编号为CRH2-111B~CRH2-120B。

2008年06月29日,首列CRH2B(CRH2-111B)下线。

2008年08月01日起,CRH2B型动车组正式投入合宁铁路运营。

编号调整

2014年07月01日,根据《铁总运(2014)150号》文件,所有CRH动车组的编号均作出了调整,CRH2A型动车组的编号方式发生变化:原编号为CRH2-111B~CRH2-120B改为CRH2B-2111~CRH2B-2120。

技术特征

CRH2B型动车组主要技术指标与CRH2A基本相同,在CRH2A基础上扩编至16节,共生产10列。列车动力配置为8动8拖(8M8T),每4节为一个单元,牵引功率为9600 kW,最高营运时速为250公里,列车装有四副DSA250型受电弓。

CRH2B与CRH2A型动车组的外观基本相比,最大不同在于,头车与CRH2C相同,加装了类似“丹凤眼”的车灯。

CRH2B动力分散动车组,设计速度为250 km/h,最大运营速度250 km/h。轴重小于14吨,车体材质为铝合金,气密性较好,车内压力从4kPa降到1kPa时间大于50秒,乘客乘坐较为舒适。 CRH2B型动车组,使用在CRH2A及其原型车转向架的基础上由青岛四方研制的SWMB-250型无摇枕式H型转向架。

CRH2B型动车组采用德国斯特曼公司技术的DSA250型受电弓,在第4车厢、第13车厢处装设两个集电弓。 供电制式为交流 25 kV,50 Hz,接触网取电,CI11 IPM风冷VVVF,采用三菱产品。CRH2B型动车组的制动采用带滑行控制的电气再生制动和电气指令式空气制动的复合制动方式,利用防滑行控制来提高粘着力,紧急制动距离≤1800 m(制动初速200 km/h)。

CRH2B型动车组使用与CRH2A型动车组相同的牵引电动机,为三菱电机提供的MT205型鼠笼式电动机,功率300 kW,采用VVVF控制方式驱动。 采用青岛四方研制的SWTB-250/SWMB-250型无摇枕式H型转向架,一系悬挂为单组钢弹簧单侧拉板定位+液压减振器,二系悬挂为空气弹簧+橡胶堆,辅助供电制式为三相AC100V、AC220V、AC400V,50 Hz和DC100V。头车正面下部裙裾部分安装大面积的除雪翼,在行驶时能把线路上的积雪快速清除,车底进行平滑化处理,转向架部分不完全覆盖而下面露出。车体连结部分方面,装备了车身间减震器,以及车端耦合减振(车端阻尼器),采用了压缩式的侧缩风挡结构。

Existing problems and deficiencies

CRH2使用的是极其落后的ARCNET网络标准,监测列车运行状态的传感器数量不足,需要人工查找问题,检修十分困难,导致修程较短,无法胜任较长交路运营,维护成本极高。同时,不仅列车检修维护困难,而且需要使用(日本进口的寿命约为5年的内置不可充电且无法更换电池的)有源NFC卡片写入包括列车车次数据、广播信息以及显示屏内容的列车运行数据,卡片寿命到期后需要更换,且部分列车因年代久远,相关车载装置也存在问题,导致列车无法更换车次信息,部分列车只能长期固定交路,限制了列车运行范围。另外该系统与列车网络深度绑定,通信协议落后,且使用非标准光纤传输,更换系统较为困难,暂无法升级更新。DC100V以车体为负极,容易发生因各种意外情况导致的短路跳闸。

另外,该车车内通风设施设计不合理,新风与废气容易串流,车内通风口没有排水挡,车内尤其是卫生间内的污水有进入通风系统的概率,一旦进入就会发酵变质产生异味,且整个结构不利于清洁。

无停放制动,无法在坡度较大的线路运行。
