统型化

2013年新购置动车组中,根据中国铁路公司的要求采用根据以往的运营经验和乘客乘坐需求,在各型动车组技术平台上,对列车的车型、定员、旅客服务设施、司机操作设施、列车的主要性能进行统一而设计出来的动车组的设计而衍生出统型CRH2A。

招标信息

2013年08月10日,中国铁路总公司采购91组时速250 km/h动车组列车,全部为CRH2A,其中前21组仍按之前既有技术参数和坐席布局,之后进行了统型化(2212-2281)。

2013年11月11日招标时速250 km/h动车组列车,CRH2A中标全部78组(2282-2359)。

2014年08月22日招标时速250 km/h动车组列车,CRH2A中标全部57组(2360-2416)。

2014年10月11日招标时速250 km/h动车组列车,CRH2A中标其中34组(2427-2460),2460为新头型。

2015年07月15日招标时速250 km/h动车组列车,CRH2A中标其中83组(2473-2499、4001-4056)。

2015年11月10日招标时速250 km/h动车组列车,CRH2A中标其中15组(4057-4071)。

2016年11月10日招标时速250 km/h动车组列车,CRH2A中标其中14组(4082-4095)。

2017年01月18日招标时速250 km/h动车组列车(2017TDZC-1-250),CRH2A中标其中8组(4114-4121)。

2017年01月18日招标时速250 km/h动车组列车(大秦铁路2017-ZHQ-1066),CRH2A中标全部10组(4122-4131)。

额外的,原公务车CRH2A-2828于2018年改造为普通列车,参数普通统型CRH2A相同。

与原车型的区别

统型CRH2A型动车组,全部由青岛四方生产。统型CRH2A除内部坐席变化之外,驾驶员座位也由原来靠左的位置改在中间位置,驾驶台布局与CRH380A相同,取消了控制车顶部的天线,同时取消了司机门。CRH2A统型的转向架主要由CRH2C已经较为成熟的转向架发展而来,国产化率大幅度提高,使用在原型车转向架的基础上由青岛四方研制的SWTB-250/SWMB-250型无摇枕式H型转向架,一系悬挂为单组钢弹簧单侧拉板定位+液压减振器,二系悬挂为空气弹簧+橡胶堆,更加适应中国的线路条件,各部件也为了适应国内长交路而进行了加强,以延长修程。在1、4、5、8车增加停放制动,满足满在时在20‰坡道长时间停车,能够在坡度较大的线路运行。部分列车高压母线跨接方式改用跳线+半刚性终端,拆装简单,维护方便,其缺点是检修强度大,需要清洗绝缘子;高压线裸露容易触发接地故障,高压拓扑结构需要增加高隔防止母线接地故障。后续又有部分列车改回日式母线,车号为2440~2459、4122~4131。

CRH2A统型动车组取消一等座包厢,设有一等座车、二等座车及二等座/餐车,其中一等座及二等座座椅均可旋转。一等座车的座位间距为1,160mm,座位设于左右各两排中间为过道。二等座车的座位间距为980mm,座位设于左右3+2排中间为过道。列车定员613人。1号车为一等座车,定员48人,部分车厢设无障碍座位。每节车厢均设卫生间,4号车设有无障碍卫生间,5号车为二等座车和餐车合造车。

Existing problems and deficiencies

CRH2使用的是极其落后的ARCNET网络标准,监测列车运行状态的传感器数量不足,需要人工查找问题,检修十分困难,导致修程较短,无法胜任较长交路运营,维护成本极高。同时,不仅列车检修维护困难,而且需要使用(日本进口的寿命约为5年的内置不可充电且无法更换电池的)有源NFC卡片写入包括列车车次数据、广播信息以及显示屏内容的列车运行数据,卡片寿命到期后需要更换,且部分列车因年代久远,相关车载装置也存在问题,导致列车无法更换车次信息,部分列车只能长期固定交路,限制了列车运行范围。另外该系统与列车网络深度绑定,通信协议落后,且使用非标准光纤传输,更换系统较为困难,暂无法升级更新。DC100V以车体为负极,容易发生因各种意外情况导致的短路跳闸。

另外,该车车内通风设施设计不合理,新风与废气容易串流,车内通风口没有排水挡,车内尤其是卫生间内的污水有进入通风系统的概率,一旦进入就会发酵变质产生异味,且整个结构不利于清洁。

货运改造

2023年02月起,在国铁集团客运部统一组织下,铁科院运经所联合中铁快运开展高铁快运专题调研,走访顺丰、京东等电商快递客户进行需求线路摸底,面向医药、电子、食品等行业开展高时效物流市场需求调查,并赴上海、南昌、广州、武汉、郑州、重庆、西安、成都、昆明等地区调研当地整列高铁快运市场需求和客运站、动车所、物流基地的场站设施条件,行程超2万公里。最终综合比选,共同研究提出成都—昆明整列高铁快运列车运输试点方案。铁科院机辆所、运经所组成项目团队,积极对接国铁集团客运部、机辆部、货运部,青岛四方、中铁快运,争分夺秒推进高铁快运货物装载工况研究。确定货物装载工况成为CRH2A统型动车组改货运动车组装载货物运行试验大纲制定中的关键点。项目团队结合实际装载需求和CRH2A统型动车组改造后车辆基本参数,研究确定改造后各车货物装载最大重量,并系统分析比较各车货物装载后重车重心高、偏载、偏重情况。结合装载情况进行反复仿真计算,最终确定了货物装载工况的设定,攻克了试验大纲编制的最大难点。经过一个月的连续奋战,2023年06月07日,CRH2A统型动车组改货运动车组装载货物运行试验大纲顺利通过国铁集团组织的评审,为下一步运行试验的有序开展奠定了坚实基础。在国铁集团的周密部署下,运行试验于06月26日正式开始。酷暑高温中,项目团队顶住压力,连续通宵作业,于06月28日顺利完成运行试验,全面记录了货物装载状态、车辆动力学等数据,6月30日完成试验报告及CRH2A统型动车组改造后货物装载基本技术要求的评审。两组列车为CRH2A-4089/4090,同时这两组列车车体结构未进行修改,仍然保留恢复为客运功能的能力。7月12日4时32分、4时40分DJ882/881次动车组列车分别从洛羊镇站双流西站驶出,标志着利用整列动车组开展高铁快运批量运输试点工作正式实施。此后,成都至昆明间整列高铁快运动车组列车每日将安排2对。

CRH2A-4020则是首列完全改造为货运动车组的列车。2023年该车因特殊情况损毁07和00两节,后续经过改造成为货运列车,除新造两节车厢外,列车其余车厢的车体结构、车门均进行了改造,更加适应货运的需求,01车和05车都增加了车门,2024年03月中旬,新造的00车首次亮相,2024年04月23日整列出厂并进行试运行。
