新一代

新款CRH1E型卧铺动车组,是庞巴迪利用ZEFIRO NG高速列车平台设计的新一代高速卧铺动车组。其设计为16编组,采用铝合金鼓型车体,卧车定员642人。设计最高速度250 km/h。由青岛四方庞巴迪铁路运输设备有限公司(BST)生产。

发展历程

2015年08月,首列CRH1E-NG首列下线,并开始在北京环形铁道进行测试。

2015年11月10日,中国铁路总公司采购20组时速250 km/h卧铺动车组,BST中标其中5组。

2016年01月29日,新一代CRH1E-NG型动车组CRH1E-1230首发,担当车次为沪深动卧D907。

技术特征

新一代CRH1E型动车组,采用更为流线型的头型设计,同时由原来的不锈钢车体改为铝合金车体,改善了车体气密性。全车16编组,配置为10动6拖,功率11000 kW。最高运行速度250 km/h,最高试验速度275 km/h。

CRH1E型动车组采用交流传动及动力分散式,轴重不大于16 t,牵引总功率11000 kW,车体为不锈钢结构。列车在2、7、10、15号车厢设有受电弓及附属装置,受电弓工作高度最低5.3米、最高6.5米。

车端连接装置采用德国系统的夏芬伯格式10号半自动密接全自动车钩,内置机械、空气、电气连接机构和通路,但不支持重联运行。

1、16号车为二等座车,定员各为55人。9号车为软卧、餐车合造车,定员12人,该车厢一半为餐车厨房、储物室,另一半为5个四人包厢结构,其中2个包厢改造为小件行李储存间。其余车厢为软卧车厢,定员均为40人。每节车设有蹲式卫生间、座式卫生间以及双人盥洗室。全列车卧铺模式定员为642人。

为了提高动车组的运用效率,卧铺动车日间会套跑座位车次,新一代CRH1E型动车组软卧铺位可以轻松调整为坐席,上铺床板改为上翻式设计,可向上抬起。下铺床位侧墙处增设了背靠软垫,软垫间设计有隐藏式的下拉式扶手。一个4人软卧包间可以改为6人软座包间。此时普通软卧车厢定员为60人,全车软座模式定员为908人。
