CR400BF纵向卧铺动车组是一款16辆编组时速350 km/h的高速卧铺动车组,具备抗高寒、抗风沙的能力,是中国标准动车组试制车之一。

随着我国高铁路网在神州大地上的不断延伸,各种跨局长大交路越来越常见,北京—广州/深圳、成都—上海等线路,连续运行时间都超过了8个小时,哈尔滨—上海、北京—昆明等线路,连续运行时间甚至近13个小时,对旅客承受长途旅行的能力提出了挑战,随着高速铁路网络的不断拓展,未来势必会出现里程更长的线路。我国虽已开行了一部分卧铺动车组,但是既有动卧的定员少、运力小,在乘坐舒适性、私密性和安全性等方面还有提升的空间。为此,相关主机厂在完成统型卧铺动车组研制之后,便开始着手研究针对大定员、高舒适性的新型高速卧铺动车组方案。

本车基于中国标准动车组技术平台和2015年中国铁路总公司关于卧铺动车组统型技术要求,唐车版高速纵向动卧的车体、牵引、制动、网络、转向架等关键系统采用中国标准动车组成熟的技术方案和设计结构,并在数量和布置上进行适应性调整,重点就旅客界面进行改革创新,即通过卧铺包间创新性的纵向交错式布置,实现一人独立空间:单独的车窗、茶桌、电源等功能和设施齐备。同时对环境和线路条件、列车编组、安全性等主要顶层指标进行分析,形成时速350 km/h新型高速卧铺动车组的顶层指标。

列车为16辆编组,8动8拖,全长413.3 m;在03、06、11、14车设置受电弓;09车为软卧/餐车,采用统型横向卧铺包间,定员20人;头车和其他中间车设新型纵向交错布置式卧铺,头车定员40人,其他中间车定员60人;全列定员880人。转向架分为动车转向架、拖车转向架2种,均为无摇枕结构形式,基于时速350km标准动车组转向架设计,并针对卧铺动车组空重车差异大的特点对悬挂参数进行适当调整,优化了一系悬挂和二系悬挂系统的动力学参数。车体采用大型中空超薄铝型材焊接而成的薄壁筒形整体承载轻量化车体,列车牵引功率20280 kW,能够在20‰的坡道上保持350 km/h的时速,转向架为无摇枕结构形式,基于时速350 km/h标准动车组转向架设计,并针对卧铺动车组空重车差异大的特点对悬挂参数进行适当调整,优化了一系悬挂和二系悬挂系统的动力学参数。
