中国标准动车组2013年起开始研发,自首款列车2015年问世至今,历经多年发展,已形成完成的产品体系。但技术在不断进步,为彰显中国铁路技术实力,亟需对既有车型进行更新换代。自动驾驶技术逐渐成熟,具备投入商业运行的条件,搭载更先进控制平台和全新外观设计的CR400AF智能动车组诞生。新型列车优化了气动外形,能够实现更低风阻,降低噪音和能耗,提供更优的客舱服务水平,对乘客界面进行了一定程度的升级,有效提升舒适度。
除了对乘客界面进行优化之外,CR400AF智能动车组对原CR400AF系列设计相对保守的设计全面进行了升级,对列车网络、转向架、车载安全监测等系统进行了智能化升级,具备智能故障诊断及智能运维功能,无需人工检修,自动记录故障类型、位置与出现时间及图片、视频,结合传感器数据及图像数据,通过AI主动判断故障位置、类型并给出合理对策,同时还进一步优化车地协同,使列车在安全性和舒适性上都有进一步的提升。将烟火报警与弓网监控整合进列车网络,将全车所有故障预警进行整合,均接入列车网络中,当故障出现时,系统直接直接给出相应的检查单,所有的故障会直接给出错误码并附带相应的处理方法。同时,全新的列车网络使弓网监控延迟不大于10ms,相较既有CRH以及普通复兴号有大幅度提升,还支持全车视频监控与快速回放,大幅提升列车运维智能化程度,有助于减少未能及时发现和处理故障带来的安全隐患。通过一系列的智能化的安全措施,列车维护保养周期大幅增加,部分线路条件较好的交路能够实现16000km/192h人工一级修里程,降低维保成本,也极大提升列车的出勤率。作为中国标准动车组的新成员,CR400AF智能系列动车组不仅支持不同型号、不同厂家生产的列车重联,还可以实现任意方向重联(CRH动车组大部分仅支持00车与01车重联),甚至还支持短编组与长编组重联及四组短编组重联运行和救援,可实现相互控制,亦可于普通CR400系列重联运行。更加适合中国铁路实际情况的理念,加上大量免维护和易维护的设计和自动化检修手段,极大便利的检修维护,延长检修周期,线路条件较好的交路能够实现人工一级修里程16000km/192h。
本系列自2020年02月首次曝光以来,CR400AF智能动车组平台已涵盖8、16、17辆编组多款产品,以出色的可靠性和稳定性,深受运输企业和旅客的欢迎。
