技术特征

CR200JS-G型“高原双源动力集中动车组”是复兴号动车组家族的一员,专为拉萨至林芝、拉萨至日喀则设计的一款能够满足高原气候条件运行的混合动力动力集中动车组。动力车基于技术相对成熟的HXD1D和FXN3,针对高原环境进行优化,同时,能够实现内电互控,车厢提供供氧设施,能够适应高原地区的线路环境,可以在最高5100 m海拔运行。电力动力车基于成熟的HXD1D,电机型号YQ-1224-4,总功率7200 kW,内燃动力车基于FXN3,配备两台12V265柴油机,采用中车大连电力牵引研发中心研制的8GCD-02100000 IGBT-VVVF,装机功率2×3500 kW,额定功率2×3250 kW,轴式2×(A1A-A1A),轮周牵引功率2×2700 kW。

列车设计为灵活编组,但由于其特殊构造,不支持重联运行。列车编组最大15辆,拖车最大12辆,投入运行的列车编组12辆,动力车3辆,拖车9辆,其中二等座车6辆,二等座/餐车1辆,一等座车1辆,一等/商务座车1辆,定员755人,其中二等座629,一等座120,商务座6。由于增加了供氧设施,二等座车相较普通版本减少一排座椅,座位数由98变为93,除商务座外,其余坐席不支持旋转方向。

发展历程

2021年03月12日,首组内燃动力车亮相。

2021年03月15日,首台电力动力车亮相。

2021年03月22日,首组拖车亮相并启程前往大连,与两组动力车共同进行实验。

首组车为特殊编组。HXD1D-J0001 + ZE290107 + ZE290106 + ZE290105 + ZY290108 + ZEC290104 + ZE290103 + ZE290102 + ZE290206 + ZE290205 + ZE290202 + ZE290201 + ZE290101 + FXN3-J0001B + FXN3-J0001A。首组车实验过程中动力车拆除了部分制动盘,电力动力车拆除两对,内燃动力车拆除三对,模拟更加恶劣的线路环境,测试车辆能否在严苛的环境中稳定运行。

2021年03月23日,第二组电力动力车抵达北京进行试验。

2021年04月04日,第二组内燃动力车抵达北京进行试验。

2021年04月27日,结束在大连试验的特殊编组首组车启程前往西安。

2021年04月29日,首组车抵达西安。

2021年05月04日至09日,首组车在陇海铁路宝天段进行试验。

2021年05月05日,首辆一等/商务车亮相。

2021年05月11日,首组车经青藏铁路驶入西藏。

2021年05月26日,第三组车完整编组在株洲进行测试。

2021年06月08日,第二组动力车与前两组车剩余的六节拖车与第三组完整编组先后启程前往拉萨。
